Our Programs

Supath’s work is organized around five Development Initiatives:

HEALTH

Promote natural health therapies such as naturopathy, ayurveda, acupressure, and
homeopathy. Create awareness on natural lifestyle and nutritious food. Impart
understanding of the body-mind relationship and the healing power of the mind.

FINANCIAL WELLBEING

Provide counseling services for

(a) ongoing and new small enterprises,

(b) financial
planning and budgeting, and

(c) optimizing available resources in daily living to ensure financial wellbeing through ethical ways.

SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT

Set up social counseling centers to bring harmony in relationships, as relations filled
with love among family members are the foundation for a better society. Organize
programs to inculcate core values and virtues such as truth, non-violence, tolerance,
cooperation, mutual trust, respect, honesty, simplicity, and humility.

SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT

Set up counseling centers for spiritual knowledge and meditation to help individuals
develop higher consciousness to experience peace and happiness. Meditation is a useful
method to redirect one’s life positively and healthily and to conserve inner stability.

NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Create community awareness at the grassroots level to protect and increase the green
cover of the earth. Ensure sustainable development through the promotion of
non-conventional resources and purification of the five elements of nature.

Help the Self

“Empower the self to transform the world”

The “Help the Self” Project is designed to empower the self, making individuals capable
of supporting others by becoming independent and strong. It enables people to understand
the value of the self, nourish it, discipline it, and achieve control and mastery over
the self in order to live a decent, successful life.

Central theme: “As We Think, So We Become” — the present fate of each person is the sum
outcome of their thoughts and karma. Global transformation is possible only through
self-transformation, through self-study, contemplation, and regular practice.
